Hustle in private, results will be amazing in Public

If we eat too much at home, the public will eventually notice that our stomach comes out like a balloon wrapped in cloth.

If we drink too much, our nose gradually turns red and becomes a warning light to others.

On the other hand, if we make an effort and eat and drink less privately, the public will sooner or later notice how thin and healthy we look.

Even Superman and Spiderman and Scarlet Pimpernel can not keep their heroic deeds completely secret.

After a while, their boyfriend or wife and some friends discover who they are.

They sooner or later end up with a small but dedicated group of fans.

By doing the things that build character we build and strengthen our self-esteem, our confidence and our success."

If we practice very privately for a grade in martial arts, we shine in public when grading day arrives.

If we do not hustle, we fail in public or at best get confused.

To tackle this issue, do your homework

Doing homework usually involves keeping our promises to ourselves, such as practicing ten hits or whatever per day.

If we do not keep these promises to ourselves, we will lose a little self-confidence every time we fail and gradually hand over control of our lives to the lazy, comfort loving side of our nature.

The great achiever within all of us will not rule.Potato will become king or queen.

Much is much easier to keep our promises to other people as if we do not, the public will soon hear about it and we will be ashamed or even

It's more difficult to keep our promises to ourselves because the embarrassment of failing to do so takes much longer to achieve.

On the other hand if we do keep our promises to ourselves, the results can show up almost immediately.

Start always look very cheerful, however, things done in private, good or bad will be seen in future in some or another form.

Hustle..

Stop worrying about past, feeling guilty and regretting

Don't spend time worrying about the past and feeling guilty about what you didn't do. There is nothing you can do about it, so why waste time thinking about it? When I reflect on my past I am shocked at how much time and money I have wasted. If I were to spend most of my time regretting this, I would feel too depressed to try and achieve anything useful in the time I have left. Some people become suicidal when they repeat sad or disappointing events from their past. These can dominate their thinking so much that they no longer wish to live. Instead, focus on your future and how you can improve it. Visualise the future you want and then take action to achieve it. This future-oriented attitude will free your mind of a lot of the burden of the past that can push you into a state of hopelessness and helplessness. When you are facing a problem, do not spend too much time thinking about the problem. Instead, focus on the solution and imagine what it means to have overcome the probl...
