Stop worrying about past, feeling guilty and regretting

  Don't spend time worrying about the past and feeling guilty about what you didn't do. There is nothing you can do about it, so why waste time thinking about it? When I reflect on my past I am shocked at how much time and money I have wasted. If I were to spend most of my time regretting this, I would feel too depressed to try and achieve anything useful in the time I have left. Some people become suicidal when they repeat sad or disappointing events from their past. These can dominate their thinking so much that they no longer wish to live. Instead, focus on your future and how you can improve it. Visualise the future you want and then take action to achieve it. This future-oriented attitude will free your mind of a lot of the burden of the past that can push you into a state of hopelessness and helplessness. We were having a conversation with some guys and one of the questions that I was asked was, "Tell me about confidence. What can I do to improve my confidence?" And I said, you know, everybody is asking for like a five-step process to having more confidence, right? But, to me, confidence stems from a couple of different things.
